Why did you choose Hedin Automotive over other companies?

I started as a temporary agency worker and was immediately made to feel welcome by everyone. I fitted in quickly and was offered a permanent role.

What advice would you give to a future applicant ?

Don't burn bridges, as the automotive industry can be a small world!

What keeps you at Hedin Automotive?

Everything fits in with what's important to me: good people, flexibility, development, and location, and I have a great manager.

What is your favourite part of your job?

I enjoy all aspects of my job, but especially our fun Monday meetings! Plus, it is a great feeling finding a good candidate who is then hired.

How would you describe the people in your team in three words?

Hardworking, bizarre, fun, and kind (4)!
