Fundraising - All employees are encouraged, and given the opportunity, to raise funds for their chosen or our in-house charity. This may include participating in local sponsored events, attending the annual golf day or finding new ways of raising money and awareness.

Annual Summer Events - We get together annually to host its Vision & Values event where we celebrate the successes among the teams and hear from the Managing Director and others on how we can all play a part in Stephen James' success. Food, drink and entertainment are of course always on the agenda, too!

Referral Bonus - If you directly refer someone to fill a vacancy at Stephen James and they successfully pass their probation, you will receive a staff referral bonus as a thank you.
