Additional Holidays - Employees have the opportunity to earn up to an additional four days' paid holiday in any one year. Holiday is awarded, at management discretion, in the form of a 'Golden Ticket' to employees who demonstrate exceptional Core Value behaviours.
Long Service Awards - To recognise and reward long service, your holiday entitlement will increase by one day after you have been with the business for 3 years. After that, it will then continue to increase by 1 day every 5 years. Employees receive 23 days of holiday per year (pro rata) when they join SJ.
Big Breakfast Rewards - Teams can be awarded a big breakfast for meeting weekly targets. These are announced in the Weekly Video communication, from the managing director.
