Why did you choose Stephen James over other companies?
There were several factors at play in this decision, but a large part of it was based on the trust and respect I had developed with the team at Stephen James from past collaborative experiences. Furthermore, having met with the owner, Ben, and the head of sales, Richard, their insight, and vision for the company resonated with my own values and aspirations. These interactions reinforced my positive outlook towards Stephen James and my decision to join.
What advice would you give to a future applicant about Stephen James?
My simple advice would be – SJ is a company that asks for you to give your best. In return, they’ll give you their best without reservation.
What keeps you at Stephen James?
There are many reasons that keep me at Stephen James, mainly due to the evolving nature of the company. Most significantly, the trust and respect I felt when I first joined 8 years ago are still intact today. These values are crucial to me and have contributed significantly to my decision to continue my journey here.
What is your favourite part of your job?
The favourite part of my job is indeed the growth and development aspect. I find immense fulfillment and gratification when I witness a novice sales executive evolve and flourish into a management role. I believe that fostering talent and aiding the professional progression of my team members is what truly makes my job rewarding.

To describe our team in three words, I would choose: energetic, diverse, and experienced mix of people.
